To sharpen our CAD skills and prepare for the First Tech Challenge (FTC) DECODE season, we completed several CAD projects during this summer break. We designed a clutch for Power Take Out (PTO) or gear shifting, a gear box driven by bare motors to reduce weight and size, customized timing belt pulley for goBilda Gripforce Mecanum wheels for adjustable gear ratio, and transparent light-weight control hub/extension hub protection covers.
