Today, our team attended the 8th Annual Career STEAMposium at the Pasadena City College. The theme of this year’s events is Build Your Future on STEAM.
During this event, we showcased the world of FTC Centerstage Robot Competition alongside with Team 15091 Aztecs.exe. The challenge was the raining weather, but we did not give up. We provided the hands-on experience for attendee by controlling our robot. Through the “water game” and our posts, we promoted FIRST and STEAM education.
Overall, this was an exciting event. We were able to meet and talk to new people who were willing to learn more about robotics. In addition, we reached out to potential mentors while listening to their presentation. We were inspired by their passion in pursuing their career. We outreached to FRC Team Sprockets 3473 while observing other booths and Cal Poly Pomona Formula SAE and Baja SAE teams.
